Essential Job Functions
- Gathers and analyses user business requirements and processes. Understands client requirements, needs and functionality of the Procurement / Warehouse Management (WM/eWM) modules. Defines and documents business requirements and validates solutions with the client with AS-IS and TO_BE process flows.
- Works with business users to configure / customise SAP to translate business requirements into functional design specifications. Defines initial settings, module-relevant security settings and reporting options.
- Understands processes, reporting requirements and user interfaces impacted by the SAP Procurement / Warehouse Management (WM/eWM) functionality. acting as the Subject Matter Expert.
- Identifies modifications and recommends and applies changes as appropriate.
- Experience supporting SAP Procurement / Warehouse Management (WM/eWM) functions, that also includes the communication and interaction with technical teams and client to resolve functional issues to meet client requirements.
- Provides end user training and supports junior team members on learning journeys and up-skilling.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP Warehouse Management ( WM/eWM) experience in business solutions, business analysis or management analysis experience
- Additional experience of SAP modules aligned to SAP eWM/ WM
- Experience assisting users with business process changes and improvement initiatives.
- Ideally SAP certified, or willing to complete certification.
- Bachelor\βs degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
