Looking for your next step in financial services? We’re seeking passionate Project Managers with experience in the Pensions and Financial Services sector to join our client’s dynamic home-based team. If you love leading cross-functional projects and managing client relationships, this role is for you! ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PENSION EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED. What You’ll Do: Drive successful project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement. Lead and motivate teams while ensuring a positive project culture. Oversee a variety of projects, including regulatory changes, system updates, and client onboarding. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the pension lifecycle, including annual cycles, increases, and calculations. Chair project meetings and manage Business Analysts and Project Managers, ensuring effective collaboration. Maintain project governance by preparing project plans and producing PRINCE documents, risk logs, and action logs. Engage confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levels, ensuring strong management and communication. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of project management experience in the pensions sector. Strong understanding of the pensions lifecycle and project governance. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels. PRINCE2 certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
