Contract Duration: 18 months

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to deliver comprehensive planning capability within a complex programme environment. The role involves maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and supporting programme delivery through effective planning, scheduling, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support programme delivery
  • Provide planning expertise to internal project teams
  • Implement planning processes, policies, and procedures across projects
  • Produce planning and Earned Value (EV) deliverables in line with agreed business rhythms
  • Conduct schedule analysis, including critical path and network analysis
  • Deliver accurate schedule forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Perform EV variance analysis, including Schedule Performance Index (SPI)
  • Support continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and templates
  • Engage with stakeholders including Project Managers, engineers, and technical teams
  • Support long-range and integrated programme planning activities

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience using Primavera P6
  • Proven ability to manage and maintain complex project schedules
  • Solid understanding of planning fundamentals and critical path analysis
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Proactive approach with the ability to lead planning activities and discussions
  • Demonstrated ability to add value to programmes and projects
