Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to deliver comprehensive planning capability within a complex programme environment. The role involves maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and supporting programme delivery through effective planning, scheduling, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support programme delivery
- Provide planning expertise to internal project teams
- Implement planning processes, policies, and procedures across projects
- Produce planning and Earned Value (EV) deliverables in line with agreed business rhythms
- Conduct schedule analysis, including critical path and network analysis
- Deliver accurate schedule forecasts to support business decision-making
- Perform EV variance analysis, including Schedule Performance Index (SPI)
- Support continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and templates
- Engage with stakeholders including Project Managers, engineers, and technical teams
- Support long-range and integrated programme planning activities
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience using Primavera P6
- Proven ability to manage and maintain complex project schedules
- Solid understanding of planning fundamentals and critical path analysis
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
