An exciting opportunity has arisen for two experienced Senior Recruiters at one of the world's leading research-intensive universities. We're looking for recruitment professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy partnering with senior stakeholders, and have a passion for attracting exceptional talent through direct sourcing.

This is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact by supporting a diverse portfolio of recruitment across multiple business areas while working within a collaborative and high-performing Talent Acquisition team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of approximately 30–35 live vacancies simultaneously.
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of disciplines.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing and candidate attraction.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and proactive market mapping.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, providing expert recruitment advice and market insights.
  • Drive an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Manage recruitment activity with minimal reliance on agencies, supporting a 95% direct sourcing model.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with best practice.

What We're Looking For:

  • The ability to successfully manage 30–35 concurrent vacancies.
  • Strong direct sourcing and headhunting experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
  • Excellent candidate attraction and talent pipelining skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management and business partnering experience.
  • A proactive, consultative approach with the confidence to influence hiring managers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Experience working in fast-paced internal recruitment or Talent Acquisition teams.

Highly Desirable:

Experience recruiting within one or more of the following sectors would be advantageous.
