We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to support major capital and infrastructure programmes within a highly regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with senior leadership, programme directors and commercial teams on complex, high-value investment programmes that play a critical role in long-term national infrastructure delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior stakeholders and programme leadership teams
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Provide financial insight, analysis and decision support
- Review and challenge business cases and investment proposals
- Work closely with Project Controls and Commercial teams
- Support financial governance across major programmes
Qualifications

- Large-scale capital programme or infrastructure project experience
- Budgeting and forecasting ownership
