We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to support major capital and infrastructure programmes within a highly regulated environment. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with senior leadership, programme directors and commercial teams on complex, high-value investment programmes that play a critical role in long-term national infrastructure delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior stakeholders and programme leadership teams
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
  • Provide financial insight, analysis and decision support
  • Review and challenge business cases and investment proposals
  • Work closely with Project Controls and Commercial teams
  • Support financial governance across major programmes

Qualifications

  • Senior Finance Business Partnering experience
  • Large-scale capital programme or infrastructure project experience
  • Budgeting and forecasting ownership
  • Business case review and validation
  • Experience working with Project Controls teams
  • Defence, nuclear, energy, utilities or infrastructure sectors
  • Assets Under Construction (AUC) exposure
  • Major project or programme finance environments
