We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-visibility, global deployment of Cisco video collaboration solutions across more than 1,000 rooms. This role requires deep expertise in managing complex, multi-site technology rollouts, strong vendor coordination, and a solid understanding of Cisco’s collaboration ecosystem, including Webex, Room Kits, and infrastructure integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of a global Cisco video infrastructure deployment, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans across multiple international locations.
  • Coordinate with internal client teams, third-party vendors, and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and integration of video solutions.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and go-live support for Cisco Room Kits, Webex Boards, and supporting infrastructure.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to timelines.
  • Ensure all deployments meet quality standards and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
  • Provide regular executive-level reporting on project status, milestones, and KPIs.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and handoff to operations and support teams post-deployment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in large-scale IT or AV deployments, preferably within Cisco environments.
  • Proven experience managing global or multi-region collaboration technology rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco Collaboration technologies (Webex, Room Kits, Control Hub, CUCM, etc.).
  • Experience working with AV integrators, network engineers, and facilities teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and vendors across time zones.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Cisco’s partner delivery model and lifecycle services.
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of network infrastructure and AV system integration.
