We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy contact centre environment supporting a major UK high street banking client.

About the Role

You will handle inbound customer enquiries relating to personal loan applications and existing loan accounts. This role requires professionalism, confidence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment while delivering excellent customer outcomes.

You will be responsible for supporting contractual service levels and ensuring a high-quality customer experience with a strong focus on first-call resolution.

Working Hours

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday: 08:00–20:00
  • Saturday & Sunday: 09:00–18:00
  • Shifts operate on a rotation basis
  • No Bank Holiday working
