Music Publishing Partnerships Manager | EMEA
London – Hybrid (3 days onsite preferred)
I’m currently looking for an experienced Music Publishing Partnerships Manager to join a leading global technology platform, working at the intersection of music publishing, digital licensing, rights and technology.
This is a great opportunity for someone with deep experience in the music publishing ecosystem who enjoys managing strategic partnerships, solving complex rights/operational challenges and working with senior stakeholders across EMEA.
- Manage music publishing partnerships across Europe, Middle East & Africa
- Build and maintain relationships with music publishers and collective management organisations
- Manage partner queries and operational issues, coordinating with internal teams to drive solutions
- Support data-driven analysis and decision-making around publishing strategy
- Work on music-rights data exchange, usage tracking and identification/payment processes
- Support marketing programmes aligned with publisher and songwriter priorities
- Conduct business reviews and provide insights into the music publishing ecosystem
- Manage partner events and stakeholder engagement
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Significant experience within music publishing
- Strong understanding of digital music licensing and publishing rights
- Experience working with music-rights data and digital business models
- Experience with publishers, collection societies / CMOs and/or music publishing operational teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
