Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Media Manager to join a Global Media Team within a leading international company. This role sits within the International Family of Apps team based in London, driving media strategy, planning, and execution on a global scale. The Media Manager will be responsible for developing integrated media channel plans and working closely with cross-functional teams, including Insights & Analytics, Decision Science, Creative, Policy & Communications, and Partnerships, to deliver innovative media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to navigate complex global media landscapes.
Must-Have Skills:
- Media Planning Experience – 8 to 10 years of experience creating and managing media campaigns, either in an agency or a company.
- Cross-Functional (XFN) Collaboration – Comfortable working with multiple teams and departments to deliver successful campaigns.
- International Mindset – Open to working in new and unfamiliar markets, with a curiosity to learn and adapt. Proven experience working across multiple international markets (EMEA and/or LATAM).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong background in building relationships and presenting to stakeholders and leadership.
- Experience in media measurement, analytics, and using audience insights to shape strategic decisions.
- Expertise in developing and executing full-funnel, multi-channel media strategies.
