Driver Support Specialist - Greenlight Expert
Contract: 3 months initially, with a strong possibility of extension
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals to join a growing operations team in Manchester.
In this role, you will support driver partners by helping them complete onboarding, understand the platform and its tools, and resolve day-to-day queries. You will play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience while helping drivers build and grow their businesses.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and delivering high-quality face-to-face customer support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new drivers through the onboarding process and help them get started on the platform.
- Educate drivers on tools, processes, and available resources.
- Respond to driver questions, troubleshoot issues, and identify appropriate solutions.
- Deliver a positive and professional experience at every interaction.
- Help drivers understand platform procedures and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
- Work closely with the Driver Operations team to improve processes and support delivery.
- Stay up to date with company policies, procedures, and platform updates.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate teams when required.
- Promote a welcoming, supportive environment that empowers driver partners to succeed.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first attitude with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Patient, organised, and confident when explaining processes to others.
- Comfortable working face-to-face with customers in a busy environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes and priorities.
- A proactive approach to learning and finding solutions.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
