Marketing & Loyalty Manager (Consumer Growth)

London (Hybrid – 3 days in office: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)

  • We're looking for an experienced Marketing & Loyalty Manager to lead high-impact consumer growth initiatives for one of the UK's leading global technology platforms. This is an opportunity to shape how millions of customers discover, engage with and remain loyal to a rapidly growing consumer business.
  • This role goes far beyond traditional CRM. You'll own strategic growth initiatives, lead loyalty programmes, influence commercial partnerships, and work cross-functionally with marketing, product, commercial, research and analytics teams to deliver measurable business impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver integrated consumer growth and marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Lead end-to-end CRM strategy across email, push notifications and in-app communications.
  • Design and execute go-to-market plans for new products, merchants and strategic commercial initiatives.
  • Own loyalty and membership initiatives, driving customer value and long-term engagement.
  • Champion the voice of the customer by partnering with research and insights teams to shape marketing strategy and improve customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to unlock incremental commercial, advertising and partner-funded marketing investment.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, product, analytics, brand and performance marketing teams to deliver large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
  • Use data, customer insights and performance metrics to optimise campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
  • Support campaign planning and execution while influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and has experience leading consumer growth initiatives within a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience in Consumer Growth, Growth Marketing, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing or Loyalty.
  • Strong experience developing customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies.
  • Experience leading loyalty, membership or subscription programmes.
  • A commercial mindset with exposure to partner marketing, retail marketing, merchant marketing or advertising-funded campaigns.
  • Experience using customer insights, research and Voice of Customer programmes to influence strategy and improve customer experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across marketing, product, commercial and analytics teams.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • A highly analytical approach with experience using data to drive business decisions.
