About the role
The Consumer Growth team develops and implements the demand and consumer growth strategy for the United Kingdom & Ireland and is a pivotal engine in making Uber Eats the preferred food delivery platform for customers. Projects often involve analysis with large data sets, critical thinking, product launches, and end-to-end execution of growth initiatives and communications delivered to millions of Eaters.
What You'll Do
- The team specifically looks at how to acquire and engage Uber Eats users while achieving the best return on investment on our demand generation budget.
- By focusing on the planning and execution of our CRM campaigns, you will make sure we continue our impressive growth trajectory in one of Uber Eats most important markets.
- You'll own and coordinate our campaign calendar in collaboration with multiple teams (Marketing, our Enterprise and Strategic Accounts teams, and Local Territory Operations).
- Own and execute large-scale campaigns on our owned channels (In-app, CRM, etc).
- You'll analyze and share insights with the Central Operations team, and the broader UKI Uber Eats Leadership team - around demand performance metrics, budget deployment, and future improvements.
- Handle part of our suite of acquisition products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or advanced degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, Econometrics, or equivalent.
- You are familiar with high operational and dynamic environments.
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency in working across large data sets is needed.
- You have experience with quantitative data analysis, modelling, and experiments and are proficient in SQL (e.g. writing queries).
