An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Enterprise Marketing Manager to join a leading global technology organization driving innovation in business messaging and AI-powered customer engagement solutions. This role is focused on executing high-impact B2B marketing initiatives across the UK and EMEA, helping enterprise customers adopt and grow their use of business messaging platforms. The successful candidate will lead the planning and execution of events, integrated campaigns, content programs, and sales enablement activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple markets.

This is a highly execution-focused role suited to a hands-on marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can independently manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of regional and international business messaging marketing programs.
  • Event Marketing Expertise: This is a significant portion of the role (approx. 60%), requiring proficiency in planning and executing events ranging from 50-person roundtables to 300-person gatherings, both virtually and in-person.
  • Enterprise/Field Marketing Experience: Specifically, candidates should have a background in enterprise software or SaaS companies, with a focus on "field marketing" to manage events and campaigns.
  • Organize and deliver events ranging from executive roundtables to large-scale conferences and virtual experiences.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, events, and sales enablement channels.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing assets including case studies, one-pagers, email campaigns, social content, and digital materials.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, partnerships, communications, and creative teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Manage speaker programs, event logistics, invitation strategies, and post-event engagement activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, project plans, trackers, and operational workflows across multiple markets.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, event opportunities, and emerging technologies to support campaign planning.
  • Support budget tracking, vendor management, and invoice processing.
Required Qualifications
  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B field marketing, enterprise marketing, or SaaS marketing.
  • Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through delivery.
  • Strong event marketing expertise, including both virtual and in-person events.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working closely with sales, product, and creative teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign effectiveness and reporting on KPIs.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing third-party sponsorships and industry events.
  • Background in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, communications, or technology sectors.
  • Experience scaling marketing programs across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Knowledge of business messaging, conversational commerce, customer engagement platforms, or enterprise communications.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience managing executive speaker programs.
  • Exposure to AI-powered marketing tools and technologies.
