Role Overview
The Client Solutions Manager is a senior, clientâfacing role responsible for driving strategic partnerships with large global clients and media agencies. This role combines consultative sales, dataâdriven strategy, and project leadership, working closely with internal crossâfunctional teams and external partners to accelerate revenue growth, scale product adoption, and deliver bestâinâclass client outcomes. This is a highâvisibility, highâpressure role, suited for someone confident engaging with senior executives and managing complex, global accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Agency Partnership
- Partner closely with the Global Client Lead to develop and execute longâterm strategic roadmaps and global business plans
- Build and manage strong relationships with senior client executives and global agency leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencing decisionâmaking through insights and strategic recommendations
- Strategy, Media & Measurement
- Lead media strategy, best practices, optimisation, and performance measurement across global accounts
- Translate complex data and analytics into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders
- Drive revenue acceleration through product solution adoption and strategic coâinvestment initiatives
- Data, Insights & Reporting
- Analyse large datasets using Excel and dashboards to identify opportunities and performance gaps
- Pull reports and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients and agencies
- Turn global insights into scalable actions across regions and local markets
- CrossâFunctional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including Marketing Science, Product, Solutions Engineering, Creative, and Sales
- Enable knowledge sharing across global, regional, and local teams
- Influence change and improvements by communicating best practices across teams
- Lead multiple strategic workstreams simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Manage escalations effectively, especially platform, measurement, or delivery issues
- Support solution mapping and issue resolution in fastâmoving, highâimpact situations
- Capability Building
- Design and deliver capabilityâbuilding programs for clients and agencies to support largeâscale product adoption
- Support longâterm initiatives such as commerce programmes and innovation projects

- Senior stakeholder management & communication: Proven experience engaging Câsuite and senior executives
- Strong analytical capability: Advanced Excel and dashboard skills; ability to convert data into insights and actions
- Project management: Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in parallel
- Experience
- 8+ years of experience in media, marketing, consulting, or digital advertising
- Experience working with large global clients or enterpriseâlevel accounts (smallâclientâonly experience is not suitable)
- Strong background in agency or global client environments
