We're working with a highly regarded organisation within the research and innovation sector that is investing heavily in its data platform and future AI capabilities. They are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer / AWS Data Engineer to support the development of a modern cloud-based data platform while contributing to exciting AI and Generative AI initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building and optimising AWS data pipelines
- Supporting BI reporting and analytics solutions
- Contributing to data lake and modern data platform development
- Developing scalable ETL/ELT processes
- Working on AI-enabled data initiatives and emerging technologies
- Improving data quality, governance, and platform performance
Key Skills Required:
- AWS Glue, Redshift, Athena, Lambda, and S3
- Advanced SQL
- Python
- Data Engineering and Data Warehousing
- Business Intelligence / Analytics experience
- Exposure to Generative AI, AI services, or machine learning workflows
