We are hiring an experienced Content Specialist III to support a global technology platform in refining and optimizing AI-driven content experiences across digital products.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in AI content strategy, system prompting (LLMs), operational execution, and data-driven decision-making. You will work cross-functionally with product and content teams to improve user experience and scale impactful processes.
Content Strategy & Evaluation- Develop and implement content guidelines for AI model evaluation
- Ensure quality, accuracy, scalability, and consistency
- Improve large language model outputs for specific product use cases
- Build lightweight, repeatable workflows and scalable content templates
- Partner with product, content, and operational teams
Proven experience in AI content strategy and LLM prompt development. Operational project management experience. Familiarity with social media platforms and content discovery ecosystems. Bachelor's degree required.
