GTM Sourcer (Sales, Account Management and Customer Success roles) required to work on an embedded basis with our high growth SaaS client\’s recruitment team. This is an initial contract position which has the potential to extend to a long term and potentially a permanent role. Role Overview: As a GTM Talent Sourcer, you will play a key role in the recruitment process by proactively sourcing high-quality candidates to fill critical Sales, Account Management and Customer Success roles. You will work closely with internal recruiters to ensure consistent attraction of the best talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in GTM sourcing, familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and an understanding of executive sourcing. Responsibilities: Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and job requirements for multiple positions across Sales, Account Management and Customer Success roles. Source and identify passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and social media. Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to track candidates, manage pipelines, and optimize the sourcing process. Conduct in-depth market research and build talent pipelines for both technical and executive-level roles. Engage and build relationships with passive candidates, creating a network of talent for current and future hiring needs. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Collaborate with recruiters to schedule interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS systems. Contribute to the improvement of sourcing strategies and processes to attract diverse talent. Stay informed on the latest industry trends, best practices, and sourcing tools. Qualifications: 3+ years of proven experience in technical sourcing, with a deep understanding of IT and engineering roles. Experience in executive sourcing is highly preferred. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media sourcing, and database mining. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build strong relationships. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A passion for identifying top talent and contributing to the growth of the company. Experience with other ATS or CRM tools. Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices in sourcing.
