We are supporting a globally recognised organisation operating across aerospace, defence, and advanced manufacturing industries in the search for a Global Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their Group Business Services function. This is a strategic Talent Acquisition role within a highly matrixed global environment, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and People teams to shape workforce planning, hiring strategy, and talent delivery across key business areas.
The role has been created as a proof‑of‑concept position with a genuine long‑term view, making it particularly suited to someone interested in transitioning from contract into a permanent opportunity over time.
The Opportunity
- You will act as the key Talent Acquisition partner for designated business functions, building strong relationships with leadership teams while driving hiring strategies aligned with business goals and workforce plans.
- Working alongside TA Operations, Regional TA Leads, RPO providers, and People Partners, you will help deliver proactive and commercially focused talent solutions across a complex global organisation known for innovation, engineering excellence, and large‑scale international operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business leaders and People teams to develop strategic hiring plans.
- Translate workforce requirements into effective recruitment and attraction strategies.
- Provide market insight, talent intelligence, and guidance on sourcing approaches.
- Support workforce planning sessions and divisional people reviews.
- Collaborate with regional and global TA teams to ensure hiring alignment and delivery.
- Support recruitment campaigns, employer branding initiatives, and process improvements.
- Ensure recruitment governance, compliance, and reporting standards are maintained.
- Deliver hiring insights and workforce data to leadership teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Talent Acquisition partnering experience within a large, complex, or matrixed organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
- Ability to balance strategic business partnering with hands‑on recruitment delivery.
