Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estates Technical Services Manager to provide specialist technical leadership and assurance across critical infrastructure and Hard FM programmes. This role is key to ensuring a safe, compliant, and fit-for-purpose estate, supporting complex engineering and operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across engineering risk management, safety-critical systems, and hazard-based approaches
- Lead and support multiple estates and infrastructure programmes
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Deliver asset management for fixed and non-fixed assets, ensuring full legislative compliance
- Conduct fault-finding, root cause analysis, and implement long-term engineering solutions
- Manage and build effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders in a complex service environment
- Support contract management and supplier performance
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technical services and compliance
