Location: London, UK (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in the office)

Rate: Up to £80 per hour (PAYE) + 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

Contract: 12 Months (Potential Extension)

We're partnering with a global AI technology company to find an experienced EMEA Marketing Events Manager to lead and scale high-impact event programmes across Europe. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing organization at the forefront of AI innovation, helping shape and deliver a regional events strategy that supports enterprise growth and strengthens relationships with senior decision-makers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of marketing events across the EMEA region.
  • Plan and execute a mix of executive dinners, customer events, conferences, roadshows and third-party sponsorships.
  • Help build and scale the regional events programme, creating new processes and best practices rather than simply maintaining an existing calendar.
  • Partner closely with regional marketing and sales teams to ensure events generate meaningful commercial impact.
  • Manage agencies, venues and suppliers across multiple European markets.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines and event logistics while ensuring exceptional attendee experiences.
  • Coordinate on-site delivery for events across different countries.
  • Measure campaign and event performance, reporting on engagement, pipeline contribution and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure events align with wider business and marketing objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years' experience in B2B event marketing or event management.
  • Strong background delivering technical, enterprise or innovation-focused events across EMEA.
  • Experience working both agency-side and in-house within a technology organization is highly desirable.
  • Proven success managing executive-level events, customer programmes and large industry conferences.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Established network of event suppliers, venues and agencies across major European cities.
  • Commercial mindset with experience measuring event success through data and business outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
  • Able to work independently and make an immediate impact with minimal onboarding.

Additional Information

  • Hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the London office).
  • Candidates must be based in or within commuting distance of London.
  • Approximately 30% travel across EMEA is required.
