About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Change Management Analyst to support a major technology transformation programme across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA).

Working within a regional Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team, you will support the rollout of a strategic enterprise platform across multiple markets. The role will focus on change management coordination, training delivery, stakeholder communications, and user adoption.

You will collaborate closely with regional and global product teams, helping ensure that platform updates are communicated effectively, training materials are localised, and user feedback is captured to improve the overall experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and supporting large-scale technology transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Enablement

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and instructor-led learning activities.
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venues, equipment, and learning materials.
  • Support the localisation of training content to meet regional and market-specific requirements.
  • Maintain training records, attendance data, and participant feedback.
  • Assist with training reports and effectiveness metrics.

Communications & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and coordinate communications relating to platform releases and technology updates.
  • Manage the distribution of announcements and communications to relevant stakeholder groups.
  • Maintain communication plans and calendars to ensure stakeholders remain informed.
  • Gather feedback on communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Build strong working relationships with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Provide user support before, during, and after training sessions.
  • Coordinate logistics for adoption workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Support the development and engagement of regional change networks.
  • Coordinate leadership engagement sessions to maintain alignment throughout the transformation.
  • Capture stakeholder feedback and support the development of action plans to improve adoption.
  • Work with Change Managers and Product Managers to ensure user feedback informs future platform enhancements.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting enterprise technology rollouts, platform implementations, or transformation programmes.
  • Previous experience in change management, training coordination, business operations, or programme support.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, including working with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
  • Experience supporting global programmes within a regional team.
  • Exposure to training localisation across multiple countries, languages, or markets.
