Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to join a high-profile programme focused on delivering complex digital capabilities across a large-scale organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, architects, data specialists, policy teams, and programme leadership to drive delivery, stakeholder engagement, and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex digital initiatives and transformation programmes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including architecture, software, data, standards, policy, and governance specialists.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to identify requirements, use cases, priorities, and delivery objectives.
  • Support the development of strategic roadmaps, delivery plans, and implementation approaches.
  • Drive collaboration across multiple programmes to ensure alignment of standards, processes, and delivery objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and reporting across the programme lifecycle.
  • Promote user-centric delivery approaches and continuous improvement practices.
  • Support the definition and implementation of digital standards, integration approaches, and operating models.
  • Ensure delivery outcomes are aligned with organisational objectives and business priorities.
