Designer
Remote across UK I £32-£36 per hour I 12 months contract
We are seeking a highly skilled Designer (Level 4 or 5) to join an established global consultancy on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the creation and development of internal digital products that are client-facing and used by both internal teams and external stakeholders.
As a Designer, you will be responsible for shaping intuitive and impactful user experiences, producing design assets, and collaborating with product and business teams to ensure solutions meet both user needs and business goals. This role is well-suited to an experienced professional with strong UI/UX expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and iterate user-facing product interfaces using Figma, ensuring high usability and a polished look and feel.
- Contribute to product ideation and strategy workshops using Miro, supporting the development of innovative design concepts.
- Create and refine design assets, including prototypes, visual materials, and user flows, to communicate and test ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align design solutions with strategic objectives and client requirements.
- Occasionally support the creation of product demo or concept videos using Adobe Premiere, leveraging existing stock footage.
- Stay informed on emerging tools and methodologies, with an openness to exploring AI-driven design solutions.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design with strong proficiency in Figma.
- Working knowledge of Miro for collaboration and ideation.
- Strong design execution skills with expertise across the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Experience with video editing in Adobe Premiere is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools for design workflows would be highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
