Customer Insight and Reporting Analyst – 6 months contract – Walton Oaks, Surrey (2-3 days per week / 5 days per fortnight onsite)
We are looking for someone who can quickly adapt their report-building and data skills knowledge the our clients platform
Job Description:
Customer Insight role will be supporting CFC Insights UK Lead and will be responsible for supporting 2 areas:
Data Stewardship:
• Daily review of Reltio Profile merges for HCP and HCO’s
• Maintenance of Data Change Request for PforceRx into Reltio
• Manage stand-alone profiles in Reltio
• Support CFCi Lead during data integration projects as required
• Work with OneKey to further enrich customer profiles
Data Provision and Reporting:
• Knowledge of UK Business and Field Force
• Knowledge and support of Smart (Microstrategy) reporting platform
• Create CFC reports using Microstrategy Dossier reports
• Support IIS team in the provision of Ad Hoc reports as necessary
Complete assigned DSR trainings in a timely manner as assigned.
Candidate requirement :-
• Advanced Excel skills
• Working knowledge of tableau
• Good understanding of data querying
• Experience/knowledge on report building preferably on a dossier-based platform as most data extraction and report creation will be in Microstrategy
