I’m currently working with a global client looking to appoint an experienced Content Adaptation Manager on an initial 12-month contract based in London. This role will focus on managing the delivery of high-quality creative and content adaptations across multiple markets and channels, working closely with agency partners and cross‑functional customer engagement teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end content adaptation process
  • Coordinating with agency partners to deliver creative adaptations
  • Collaborating with CX, engagement, and channel stakeholders
  • Managing approvals, feedback, and delivery timelines
  • Supporting efficient adaptation workflows and processes

Required experience:

  • Background in content adaptation, localisation, creative operations, or campaign/project management
  • Strong stakeholder and agency management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience within CX, digital marketing, or omnichannel environments is advantageous
  • French language skills highly desirable
