We’re supporting a large-scale public sector programme seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Lead / Commercial Manager with strong commercial governance, NEC and infrastructure/construction experience.

This role will focus on:

  • Commercial policy and governance improvement
  • Stakeholder and supplier engagement
  • Facilitating forums/workshops
  • Developing guidance and standards
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams

Key experience required:

  • Commercial governance or policy background
  • NEC / construction / infrastructure commercial experience
  • Public sector or regulated environment experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Continuous improvement/process optimisation capability
