We’re supporting a large-scale public sector programme seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Lead / Commercial Manager with strong commercial governance, NEC and infrastructure/construction experience.
This role will focus on:
- Commercial policy and governance improvement
- Stakeholder and supplier engagement
- Facilitating forums/workshops
- Developing guidance and standards
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams
Key experience required:
- Commercial governance or policy background
- NEC / construction / infrastructure commercial experience
- Public sector or regulated environment experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- Continuous improvement/process optimisation capability
