We are currently supporting a global technology company known for its leading social media and digital advertising platforms in hiring a Client Solutions Manager to join their Telco Partnerships team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with major telecommunications advertisers across multiple international markets, helping them maximise the impact of their digital advertising campaigns.
The Role
As a Client Solutions Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to key advertisers, helping them plan, execute and optimise their digital marketing campaigns. You will combine client relationship management, media strategy and data analysis to drive campaign performance and business growth. The role involves working closely with large telecom clients across UK, Nordics and Turkey, supporting both brand and performance marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for key advertising clients and build strong strategic relationships.
- Support advertisers in planning, launching and optimising digital advertising campaigns.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance and ROI.
- Work closely with internal teams including sales, analytics and product specialists to deliver successful campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and optimisation strategies.
- Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, media strategy and platform innovations.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media roles.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, paid media, and campaign performance measurement.
- Experience working in client-facing roles such as account manager, client partner, or media strategist.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Background working in a media or advertising agency environment.
- Experience with paid social campaigns and large digital advertising platforms.
- Knowledge of Meta / Facebook / Instagram advertising tools.
- Experience working with telecommunications or large enterprise clients.
