We are recruiting for an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to join a leading global organisation on a 12-month onsite contract in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Respond to user queries and resolve desktop support incidents.
  • Install software and perform remote hardware diagnostics.
  • Monitor system performance and identify technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and installations.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems using documentation and diagnostic tools.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting support SLAs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Associate degree in a computer-related field or equivalent technical training.
  • Previous 1 to 4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support.

  • Experience supporting Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Familiarity with desktop support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks.
