This is essentially a localization quality and project coordination role within a Globalization Operations team for a Leading Tech client.
You wouldn't be focused primarily on translating content yourself. Instead, you'd coordinate localization quality projects — setting up evaluation workflows, maintaining trackers and documentation, monitoring quality milestones and deadlines, working with internal Quality Management stakeholders and external localization suppliers, and escalating any risks or blockers.
The ideal person would therefore have a background in localization, language operations or globalization, combined with strong project coordination, documentation, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
It's a good fit for someone who has worked as a Localization Coordinator, Localization Project Manager/Producer, Language Operations Specialist, or similar and wants to work on the operational/quality side of localization.
