About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical Growth Operations & CRM Marketing Analyst to join a fast-paced consumer-focused business. This role sits within a growth team responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives at scale. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Commercial, and Leadership teams to execute data-driven growth strategies, optimize CRM performance, and deliver insights that influence business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate CRM and customer engagement campaign calendars across multiple stakeholders.
- Execute and optimize large-scale customer campaigns across owned channels including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other CRM touchpoints.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Build, maintain, and run SQL queries to extract and analyse customer and campaign data.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Support experimentation initiatives including A/B testing and performance measurement.
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Commercial teams, and senior stakeholders to drive successful campaign execution.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- SQL (Essential)
- Strong analytical capability with experience in identifying trends and customer insights, measuring campaign effectiveness, running experiments and A/B tests, and turning data into business recommendations.
- Experience across one or more of: Email marketing, Push notifications, In-app messaging, Lifecycle marketing, Customer engagement and retention campaigns.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Marketing teams, Operations teams, Commercial/Sales teams, and Senior leadership stakeholders.
