About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives for the gaming vertical across EMEA. This role is ideal for a strategic, creative marketer who understands the gaming ecosystem and can deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns to a highly sophisticated audience of performance marketers and digital-native businesses. You will play a key role in shaping and executing multi-country marketing programs, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing programs across multiple EMEA markets
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns, events, and content
  • Design marketing strategies targeting gaming companies, publishers, and advertisers
  • Manage projects end-to-end: from strategy to execution and optimization
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
  • Continuously test, measure, and optimize marketing performance
  • Drive innovation and bring fresh ideas to marketing programs

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within gaming.
  • Proven track record in performance operations
  • Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem in EMEA
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable marketing impact
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently in a newly formed team
  • Experience working across international teams
