We are currently looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join a global brand marketing team in the UK. This is a great opportunity for an experienced brand marketer to play a key role in bringing global brand strategy to life in the UK market. You’ll work across integrated campaigns, activations and brand initiatives, collaborating with creative agencies, external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality work. The role would suit someone who is highly organised, proactive and commercially minded, with strong brand and creative instincts and experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of integrated brand marketing plans across multiple channels and consumer touchpoints.
  • Translate global brand strategy into relevant UK/regional campaigns and activations.
  • Work closely with creative agencies and external partners from briefing through to execution.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, deliverables and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and delivered effectively.
  • Review and manage creative assets, presentations and campaign materials with a strong attention to detail.
  • Identify potential challenges early and provide practical, solutions-focused recommendations.
  • Help ensure all brand activity is culturally relevant, high quality and aligned with wider business objectives.
  • Support campaign execution in a fast-moving environment where priorities may change.

About You:

  • 3-5 years of brand marketing experience, ideally within a global consumer, lifestyle, sports, fashion, entertainment or technology brand.
  • Experience working within a global brand organisation and adapting global strategy for a local/regional market.
  • A proven track record of delivering integrated marketing campaigns and activations.
  • Experience working with creative agencies, external partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Good brand and creative judgement, with an understanding of what makes work culturally relevant and engaging.
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
  • A commercially minded outlook and understanding of how brand marketing supports wider business goals.
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 5 months initially, with likely extension
  • Rate: £230 per day PAYE
  • Location: Battersea, London
  • Onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
