About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Administrative Business Partner to provide high-level support to senior leadership while driving key team activities and deliverables. This role blends executive support with light-touch project coordination—ideal for a resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Manage complex calendars for senior stakeholders, navigating shifting priorities with flexibility and professionalism.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, events, and conferences—including booking rooms, catering, and A/V needs.
- Arrange domestic/international travel and submit expenses efficiently using systems like Concur.
- Support and drive team events, strategy sessions, offsites, and other key initiatives.
- Take ownership of ongoing tasks and ensure seamless coverage and support across the team.
- Assist in project management by helping track deliverables and timelines.
- 5+ years of executive administrative experience, preferably within financial services or a global corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and tools like Concur.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong multitasking and time management capabilities.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
