Job Description

Passive Contracts Manager / Ramsgate / Permanent / Salary Negotiable Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with high energy, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach?Our client are a nationwide specialist contractor, specialising in Passive Fire Protection. They are looking for a driven and technically strong Contracts Manager, based out of their Head Office in Ramsgate. You will be required take ownership of key contracts nationwide, committed to delivering projects to the highest standard, on budget and on time. The Role
  • Lead and manage multiple fire protection contracts across the UK
  • Manage delivery teams and sub contractors on site
  • Support estimating, RAMS, HSEQ and programme delivery
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure commercial targets are hit

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 3 years in a contracts / project management role within construction or passive fire
  • SMSTS, CSCS and full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Williingness to travel and stay away when required
  • A proactive, solution-led leader with energy and resiliance
