Job Description

Split shifts – 6am – 2:30pm or 9:30am – 6pm (30 min unpaid lunch) Are you an Electrically biased engineer with some experience of HVAC and Mechanical Maintenance? What will you be doing?• You will be carrying out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems,• Diagnosing and resolving faults to minimise downtime and ensure building services run efficiently,• Managing on-site spare parts and supporting minor repairs and modifications to equipment and workspaces, • Supervising subcontractors on site, including delivering site inductions and monitoring performance, • Liaising proactively with clients. Where will you be doing it?• Our client is a privately owned company that has worked in the industry for over 25 years, they specialise in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Electrical/Mechanical Services, providing installation, service and spares. What you'll need:• Qualified Electrician or Electrical Engineer, • 18th Edition Electrical Certificate or equivalent, • Experience in M&E maintenance contracts,• Additional experience is desirable – HVAC & Mechanical Engineering.
