The predicted salary is between 43000 - 52000 £ per year.

Do you have pharmaceutical experience? Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional with 5+ years experience? This role ideally needs someone who has previous pharma or similar experience who is based locally in Belfast for a 6 month contract initially.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that workplace risk assessments, health and safety inspections and audits are undertaken to the highest quality standards.
  • Providing health and safety advice to all employees.
  • Ensuring that all events are investigated thoroughly, establishing root cause and implementing recommendations for improvement to prevent future re-occurrences.
  • Taking an active role in both Group and individual business unit 45001 audits.
  • Liaising with external agencies.
  • Conducting safety inspections and audits at selected offices and operating sites.
  • Providing clear and concise audit documentation after each inspection.
  • Ensuring that any H&S non-conformances that are identified are addressed.
  • Continually refreshing, maintaining and updating the H&S Management File.
  • Attending Project Kick-Off and Close-Out Meetings where and when required, both internally and Client generated.
  • Preparing project specific Construction Phase Plans on an as and when required basis.
  • Delivering various training courses and presentations as appropriate to the activities of the company.
