My client is a leading main building contractor. Due to a number of large project wins, they are looking for a Senior Site Manager. The Senior Site Manager they are looking for will have worked for a main building contractor and will be responsible for managing all teams of trades and labor on large, fast-moving projects, ensuring all site activity runs to the strictest health and safety standards.

You will have experience as a Senior Site Manager, delivering schemes over £10 million. My client has a number of complex conversion projects with detailed engineering and restructuring, ranging from £8 million to £25 million. They also have several industrial new build projects, so previous experience with these types of schemes would be advantageous.

As a Senior Site Manager, you will have experience delivering large design and build schemes from conception through to completion, with a proven track record of successful delivery, finishing projects on time and within budget. Those with experience in internals would be particularly of interest.

They are looking for candidates with a stable working history who are seeking longevity in a position. This company can offer you structure and progression as well as a competitive overall package.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid CSCS Card
• A valid SMSTS Card
• First Aid
• Those who have CIOB or NVQ qualifications would have a distinct advantage.
