Russell Taylor Group are recruiting an NPD Technologist to join our growing client in Irlam. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their NPD career, who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The role:
- Integrate ingredient and recipe data into system.
- Collaborate with the NPD Manager on supplier approvals.
- Coordinate the distribution of product samples.
- Organise shelf life and sensory trials for new products and ingredients.
- Create samples for internal teams and customers worldwide.
- Generate and manage documentation for product development, collaborating with relevant departments.
- Ensure all ingredients meet approval standards.
- Work closely with the QA/Production teams to ensure seamless handover of projects from development to production.
- Communicate with ingredient suppliers to source necessary materials.
- Support the NPD Manager in cost-saving and optimisation projects.
- Manage product trials and advise process changes.
