We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced ICP Analyst to join their busy laboratory team. This role offers the chance to work with state-of-the-art ICP-OES instrumentation in a company that values quality and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse samples using ICP equipment.
- Ensure results meet ISO 17025:2017 standards.
- Operate and maintain ICP instruments.
- Organise workloads to meet turnaround times.
- Promote safe lab practices and support method improvements.
Qualifications
- HNC/HND (or higher) in Applied Chemistry or related subject.
- 2+ years\\\’ laboratory experience, ideally in analysis – specifically in ICP and ideally ICP-OES.
- Strong practical skills, attention to detail, and IT proficiency.
- Knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 and Health & Safety.
- Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
