What you\’ll be doing?
Project Finance Control and Reporting
- You will be delivering effective management information on commercial activity
- Producing reports for the month end commercial & financial reports, including supplier and subcontractor cost liabilities and accruals on each project
- Highlight variances from budgets on each project and identify cause & effects
- Monitoring cash management
- Submitting monthly project performance documents, maintaining subcontractor commitment trackers and maintaining invoicing plans
Contract Admin/Commercial Management
- Preparing and issuing formal written instructions to suppliers and subcontractors in line with agreed contracts
- Preparing, submitting, negotiating and agreeing variations with client, suppliers and subcontractors
- Managing subcontractor payment processes in liaison with the accounts department
- Analyzing monthly interim applications and issuing payment certificates to suppliers and subcontractors
- Negotiating and agreeing final accounts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors

- Quantity Surveying degree qualification or 1 to 2 years\’ experience in industry
- Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
