We're working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit an additional experienced Account Coordinator to join their commercial team as part of their expansion plans. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong client relationship skills and a background in Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Food & Beverage, or Packaging sectors.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of key customer accounts - acting as the primary point of contact, coordinating orders, production planning, and delivery, while ensuring exceptional service from onboarding to aftercare. You'll work closely with internal departments including Production, Quality, Planning, and Procurement to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.

About You:
- 4+ years' experience in a B2B customer account or service role, ideally within Pharma, Nutraceutical, Food/Beverage, or Packaging

- Commercially aware, with a solutions-focused mindset
- ERP/CRM experience would be advantageous
