Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Apprentice / Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a full-time, permanent basis.\\n\\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone currently completing a Level 3 qualification, looking to step into the industry and work toward a Level 4 or higher qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.\\n\\nThe Role: \\n\\nAssist with cost planning, valuations and commercial reporting \\nSupport contract administration (JCT and NEC) \\nContribute to variation pricing, cost tracking and procurement \\nAttend project and client meetings to gain real commercial experience \\nCollaborate with the site and procurement teams to ensure accurate reporting \\nLearn to read technical drawings and support final accounts \\nWhat We're Looking For: \\n\\nCurrently completing Level 3 qualification, with plans to progress to a Level 4 & QS or Commercial Management Course\\nIdeally 1 + year of construction industry experience (preferred but not essential) \\nExcellent attention to detail and great communication skills \\nConfident with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc) \\nA motivated, committed and team-oriented attitude\\nWhat's On Offer:\\n\\nSalary of £25,000 to £28,500 dependant on experience \\n40 hour working week with a study pathway supported \\n22 days holiday + bank holidays \\nWorkplace pension scheme \\nLong-term career development with hands on mentoring \\nFor more information or if wish to discuss this role further, please contact Steve at Russell Taylor Group on (phone number removed) or APPLY NOW by submitting your CV. \\n\\nImportant Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
