Our client, a highly established national consultancy, is continuing to expand its successful Bristol Building Surveying team. They are looking to attract a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with the ambition, capability and drive to progress towards Associate / Associate Director level over time.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse, high-quality client base, taking a lead role in project delivery and project management across a varied portfolio. It would suit someone who is perhaps recently chartered or operating at Senior level and is now seeking greater responsibility, more engaging projects and a clear progression pathway.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- MRICS qualification
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills
- Excellent contract administration skills
- A proven pedigree of delivering projects from inception to completion
