Russell Taylor Group are currently recruiting for a two Senior Surveyors to start immediately in the Oxford area. Their vision is always to produce a high standard finish on all their projects Turning designs into reality requires a top team of Commercial people and they are looking for the outstanding candidates to join.
We are looking for experienced and driven Senior Surveyors, join a thriving team, ensuring the effective commercial delivery of their contract operations. The type of projects you will be help deliver are education based in the Oxfordshire areas, with values circa Β£5m – Β£30m. Someone who is looking for progression if that\’s what you desire.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have pivotal role in the commercial success of our project packages. Managing all commercial aspects of construction packages from inception to final account. Be able to work in a team environment, experience in overseeing 2 stage tenders, ensuring compliance and effective risk management.
Cost Control & Reporting to the Commercial Manager. Implementing robust cost control procedures, forecasting, budgeting, and producing accurate financial reports.
