My client is a growing regional main contractor, at an exciting time of expansion. They have a steady workflow of both new and existing clients. Several new project wins have led them to have a requirement for a Project Quantity Surveyor.
The Project Quantity Surveyor that they are looking for will be a self-motivated individual with proven experience delivering projects from £5 million up to around £10 million. They are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor that has previous experience ideally working for a main building contractor.
You will be working with procurement, sub-contractors, cost, and preparation of budgets. As a business, they do work on a variety of schemes, which would give some variety to your expertise in project delivery. They deliver residential, industrial, and commercial new builds and extensions.
