Job Title: NAV Administrator – Manufacturing
Location: Bromborough
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 Per annum
I am looking for an NAV Microsoft Process Administrator to join our clients team. They are a rapidly growing Technology Manufacturer producing end products that are used worldwide in day-to-day life.
You will be expected to ensure the stock is moving through the system properly and that Microsoft Dynamics is showing a true accurate of the level and location of stock at any point in time.
NAV Administrator Job Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the day-to-day running of the stock function.
Ensure stock is moving through the system properly and that Microsoft Dynamics is showing a true accurate of the level and location of stock at any point in time.
Fix problems within NAV to ensure smooth accurate stock holdings, production and shipping of products to customer timelines.
Troubleshooting internal processes within NAV and working with the team to resolve any issues.
Design and monitor reports to track systems accuracy.
Mange systems issues list and prioritise with stakeholders to resolve.
NAV Administrator Desired Attributes:
Experience with databases (MS SQL, Query Design).
Must be computer literate – Microsoft Windows, MS Office and in particular Excel, Jet reports and other data analysis/ reporting tools.
Happy working with cross-functional teams.
Navision (in particular NAV 2018) expert in a technology manufacturing environment, has good understanding of components-based procurement and assembly businesses.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and variances.
Strong investigative skills.
