I am looking for Multi-Skilled Engineers on behalf of my client in Porthmadog. They are a global Food & Beverage Manufacturer looking to grow their team with x2 Multi-Skilled Engineers. They are experiencing a period of growth paired with large investment resulting in a new requirement for more team members.
You will need a strong electrical and mechanical attributes, previous experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry and time served in a maintenance role. The role entails fault finding, PPM, Electrical and Mechanical installations and Mechanical Systems knowledge.
Multi-Skilled Engineer Job Responsibilities:
Extensive hands-on experience with both electrical and mechanical installations.
In depth knowledge of Mechanical Systems.
Expertise in PLCs, variable speed drives, and troubleshooting control circuits.
Skilled in diagnosing faults in pneumatic systems.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems such as thermal processes, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and valves.
Proficient in replacing seal kits on high- and low-pressure centrifugal pumps.
Multi-Skilled Engineer Requirements:
2+ Years in Food & Beverage Manufacturing or FMCG.
Mechanical & Electrical – 50/50 split or 60/40 Mechanical preferred.
Full UK Driving License.
Strong experience working with fast-moving, flexible packaging production lines.
