Are you an Electrically biased engineer with strong knowledge of Mechanical systems, particularly plumbing, pipework, and drainage? Would you like to work for a strong brand within the industry? Split shifts 6am 2:30pm or 9:30am 6pm (30 min unpaid lunch) Other benefits you\’ll get: • 33 days Annual Leave, Annual bonus, Overtime, 4% Employer Pension contribution, On Site parking, Sick pay. What will you be doing? • Carrying out planned preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, • Diagnosing and resolving faults on pipework, drainage, and building services to minimise downtime, • Managing on-site spare parts and supporting minor repairs and modifications to equipment and workspaces, • Supervising subcontractors on site, including delivering site inductions and monitoring performance, • Liaising proactively with clients. Where will you be doing it? • Our client is a privately owned company that has worked in the industry for over 25 years. They specialise in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Electrical/Mechanical Services, providing installation, service, and spares. What you\’ll need: • Qualified Electrician or Electrical Engineer, • 18th Edition Electrical Certificate or equivalent, • Experience in M&E maintenance contracts, • A bias towards mechanical plumbing, pipework, and drainage works, • Additional experience is desirable HVAC & Mechanical Engineering.
