Russell Taylor Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate who has studied Fire Safety Science or Fire Engineering to join a well-established manufacturing organisation. This is a remote role, with occasional visits to site, but the individual must have a strong focus on Fire knowledge. Responsibilities Respond to technical enquiries from internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders regarding the performance of passive fire protection systems. Produce timely and accurate technical support for internal teams and stakeholders, focusing on cavity barriers and firestops. Engage with project management teams to resolve technical queries, providing solutions that align with project requirements and product specifications. Analyse technical specifications, drawings, and plans to advise on appropriate product selection and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Record all technical enquiries and responses on the in-house CRM system to maintain accurate knowledge management. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices and integrate this knowledge into day-to-day responsibilities. The Requirements Educated to degree level (Beng, Meng, MSc or equivalent) in Fire Engineering, Fire Safety Engineering, or fire safety science or equivalent. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable in a desk-based, technical support role with occasional site visits. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with technical drawing review is advantageous. Knowledge of UK building regulations and standards related to fire safety.
